Requirement for Attendance
All participants are expected to attend the entire conference and at least one key layperson must attend with the pastor. Please call the Embers Ministry for exceptions at 205.776.5399.

Cost/Registration
$195 per person. Please submit a $25.00 per person, non-refundable deposit with registration. (Scroll down or click here for registration information.) Meals included: Friday lunch & dinner, Saturday breakfast.

Accomodations
The Hampton Inn is offering a conference rate of $94/night (includes breakfast/snacks/beverages). Please mention ‘Embers to a Flame’ to receive the conference rate. The Hampton Inn is located at 9615 Independence Pointe Pkwy, Matthews, NC.  Telephone 704.841.1155.

Scholarships
Partial scholarships are available to qualified applicants. Please contact the Embers Office for an application.

Dress
Conference attire is casual.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations submitted a month prior to the conference will be refunded in full, minus a $25.00 deposit. There will be no refunds two weeks prior to the conference, but registrations are transferable. To cancel your registration, please email embers@briarwood.org or call 205.776.5399.

Cancellations made one month prior to the conference if paid in full will be refunded
minus a $25 processing fee. After that cancellations will not be refunded, but
registrations are transferable.

To be registered, registration must be paid in full. A registration form sent
without payment will hold a spot for the attendee for 15 days.
